In shortRadar is a private, personal research tool operated by Nelson Molina. Only he and reviewers he authorizes may use it. It uses the YouTube API Services, so by using Radar you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

1. The service

Radar ("the application") analyzes public YouTube channel and video statistics to help its owner, Nelson Molina, research content niches for his own YouTube channels. It is a personal tool: it is not offered, sold or licensed to third parties.

2. Who may use it

Access is limited to the owner and to reviewers granted temporary access by him, using credentials he issues. Credentials must not be shared.

3. YouTube API Services

Radar uses the YouTube API Services. By using Radar you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data obtained from YouTube is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. How Radar handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Metrics and estimates

Scores, growth indicators and revenue estimates shown in Radar are calculated by Radar from public data. They are not provided or endorsed by YouTube, are estimates, and must not be presented as official YouTube figures.

5. Acceptable use

Use Radar only for the owner's personal research.
Do not attempt to access data that is not public, or to circumvent YouTube API quotas or policies.
Do not redistribute, sell or publish data obtained through Radar.

6. No warranty

Radar is provided "as is", for personal use, without warranties of any kind. It may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.
